
Join Adrianna for an intimate spring Pilates series rooted in the original teachings of Joseph Pilates. Taking place over the course of six weeks & designed for all levels, this small-group experience allows each student to receive personalized coaching while moving alongside a supportive group of peers. Adrianna focuses on helping each individual find deeper connection within their own body through intentional, classical mat work. With 5–6 students per cohort, there is space for individualized attention, focused learning & meaningful progress. Each participant will receive a complimentary copy of Return to Life by Joseph Pilates.

Pilates has become a defining part of my own wellbeing, and teaching it is one of the ways I stay grounded & connected.
Contrology was the first book I read when I began my Pilates instructor training journey & it sparked a deep interest in the foundational work of Pilates. That introduction shaped the way I move, teach & continue to learn.
