Our studio was built on the belief that movement is medicine. Our space was created to be safe, inclusive, and welcoming to every single human being. No matter where you’re starting from or what you’re walking through, we’re holding space for you.
It’s our promise to know you by name & for you to be so much more than that. We’re not just behind the scenes, you’ll often find us right beside you, rolling out our mats and taking class too.
This community means everything to us, and we can’t wait to grow alongside you.
With love,
Teresa & Rachel
A lifelong resident of Indy’s Eastside, Teresa couldn’t be more honored to share yoga with this incredible community, in the place she's always called home.
Her yoga journey began in 2013, but it deepened profoundly in 2019 after the heartbreaking loss of her son, David. In the midst of grief, she found herself drawn back to her mat over and over again. It became a space of healing, grounding, and hope.
Through consistent practice, she's discovered that what happens on the mat carries into every part of life off the mat. When she takes even a small part of her day to move, breathe, and be present, she's better equipped for whatever life brings - and she truly believes that’s something we all deserve.
She completed her RYT-200 at Invoke Studio under the guidance of Anha Hoke and Yvonne Rodriguez and has additional certifications in Kids Yoga and Mat Pilates.
Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, she's so grateful to welcome you into this space. Let’s grow together, one breath at a time.
Moving her body daily is one of the best gifts she gives herself. As an early riser, she loves to start each day this way. Rachel believes that in order to show up for others, you must first show up for yourself. Movement brings her mental clarity and focus in a consuming world as well as the support, friendship, and community she craves. She fully believes that moving your body is a privilege, and she desires to move well for the rest of her days while helping others do the same. Come as you are, she'll meet you where you’re at.
She received her training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Like many, Adrianna grappled with prioritizing her health as an adult and struggling to find consistency in exercise and self-care. She stumbled upon a Pilates-inspired class and was immediately captivated by the fluidity of movement. Deciding to dive into teacher training was a defining moment for her, and now she is refining her skills as an apprentice teacher. It's incredibly fulfilling to see her students discover newfound strength and focus as they dedicate themselves to the practice. Witnessing their progress not only brings her joy but also reinforces the profound impact Pilates can have on one's overall well-being. Outside of the studio, she is an engineer for a manufacturing company and enjoys spending time with her two cat sons, Milo and Percy.

Her goal in every class is to help you feel strong, supported, and empowered in your body.

Marlena’s love for movement began in childhood through gymnastics and dance, and as she grew older, she found that Yoga and Pilates brought her that same sense of joy and connection. When she discovered Barre in 2012, she knew she was meant to teach and earned her certification in 2018. Marlena quickly realized that her true passion lies in helping others transform their lives through fitness and mindful movement. After several years of teaching Barre, she became increasingly interested in the roots and history of the technique, which led her back to Pilates. She was especially drawn to the Pilates Principles, particularly the use of breath to create a deeper mind-body connection. This curiosity turned into commitment, and she spent most of 2023 earning her Mat Pilates certification through Balanced Body. Marlena has since expanded her teaching to include Reformer Pilates and loves helping students discover strength, balance, and ease in their bodies.

As a lifelong mover, Tori came to Pilates as a way to slow down and ground into her body after years of high-intensity, high-impact activities. After a few months of reformer and mat classes at Breathe, she had already fallen in love with Pilates and the benefits she experienced from regular practice. She felt called to become a mat instructor and bring the passion she feels towards Pilates to others in an inclusive and body-positive environment. Tori is currently in the process of becoming certified with Body Arts and Science International.
