Sound Bath

A Sound Bath invites you to lie back, close your eyes & be “bathed” in soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes & other instruments. As layered tones fill the space, the sound waves wash over you—helping quiet the mind, relax the body & restore balance.

We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & any personal item that makes you feel at ease. Please plan to arrive early - doors are locked from the beginning of the event & you will not be able to enter the studio or attend the session.
